A few guidelines for EMC speakers, panelists, and facilitators:

-All presenters must speak on behalf of themselves  

-All materials (written, visual or audio) must be approved of by the EMC board at least 30 days before the convention

-No mention of any organization, project, email, telephone number, website or other non-EMC references can be included 

- No fundraising is allowed for organizations or projects outside of EMC

- Once the proposed topic and time has been agreed upon, no changes can be made unless approved by the EMC board

-EMC has the right to share and publicize the contents of your presentation
